SMART produces both consumer and industrial grade margarines, ranging from simple general-purpose margarines to more technically complex pastry margarines. Our margarines are made from selected vegetable oils that have been carefully refined and deodorised. They can be distinguished by their golden yellow colour, rich buttery flavour and excellent creaming quality, consistency and plasticity. These are ideal for professional bakery and the creation of high quality cakes, sweet breads and cookies as well as filling creams for cakes, breads and choux pastries. SMART also remains true to our commitment to tailor make our industrial margarines according to requirements.
